There is still no hard 40-quarter citizenship requirement for full Social Security and Medicare benefits for many categories of non-citizens.

Temporary visa workers can pay in for just a few years and still qualify for benefits that Americans who paid in for decades now see delayed or reduced. Politicians who did this on purpose to attract our replacements act as if Americans drained the system. We didn't.

The generational investment our parents and grandparents made is being diluted because the rules were never updated to protect what they built.
