@danarblue@tacmun@I__HATE_SOCCER I think that’s the point, they’re saying the people mad at this for “competitive integrity” reasons can’t appreciate the “flavor” of cool matchup specific stuff like this
Seeing Tokon players cry about needing to do survival mode for 100 waves for an entire cast to get a color is why these game studios nickel and dime is with microtransactions… You MFs are lazy and/or ass. Unlocking colors rather than buying them all is old school.
@ImevorHellwood@IReallyLoveJJK Two overpowered assholes who don’t want to deal with the other guy being an overpowered asshole
(Context for the original image, idk if Kyoshi and Toph are actually OP but they are both noob killers with weird counterplay)
@BreadNSausage@BonelessKimchi The PC port is bad because it loads up a terrible anti cheat and a bunch of unnecessary Sony software in the background that tanks the performance, even if you can crossplay no one is going to want to play with you on PC if your version of the game drops frames
As much as I like Tokon, it's very painfully obvious that the PC version got sabotaged by Sony as their own lil' "Well it did poorly on PC, we told you PC's not good for PS anymore."
Which is a cartoonishly evil thing to do right after VERY PUBLICLY pulling out of the PC space💀
@KeybladeAlch@avatar_fighters Honestly I’m betting paramount made them remove it, they’re weird about how characters are allowed to be depicted and a non-canon hair color may have been too much for me
Also fun trivia that Caesar's famous line during the event ,"the die is cast" was him quoting a comedic play from the Greek playwright Menander. He was going to make history or die trying and did the ancient equivalent of quoting the Simpsons
@Loutredon@Khorgnir The story at low level sucks if you don’t like lots of text and exposition
If you do enjoy that stuff though? God it’s a good time
And either way it only gets better
There's a huge myth that a ton of people are faking sickness for some social/financial benefit, but the reality is that most disabled/chronically ill people are actually pretending to be less disabled than they really are because that's what society wants.
it’s a mystery why paramount would bury this movie. on an unrelated note the main villain’s directly stated motive is that he wants to create an ethnostate with the right to defend itself
