@SheilahGashumba wants to help that girl who was riding a bike to school, because to her she's a hero.
In northern Uganda we have thousands of them. They don't stop there, they also give their siblings a lift. And go to the garden before heading to school.
@Buzeki_Sharifah@joshjeje2 Jam is mostly caused at the road junctions and intersections. My suggestion is why can't we put flyovers similar to the ones on the Northern bypass on all busy junctions and intersections like, Nakawa, Ntinda, Electoral commission, etc
Secondly, add more lanes.
Perfectionism is just fear in disguise.
We wait until we feel ready. We wait until the logo is perfect. We wait until we learn more.
But you don’t learn by standing on the edge. You learn by jumping into the pool.
Done is better than perfect. Start messy. Improve as you go.
Success is like mountain climbing, when you reach the peak it's fantastic and fulfilling.
How you get to the top is not pleasing at all and most people don't want to go through the pain of reaching the peak.
@AlexHormozi I work 8 hours a day for 6 days a week, and it's fulfilling than forcing things, doing what works for others.
Thank you @AlexHormozi 😊🙏
Now I know I'm not alone
3. Reframe Negative Beliefs with Positive Alternatives
Replace each limiting belief with a more constructive, empowering one. For instance, change “I’m not capable” to “I’m learning and improving.” Craft these replacements as statements of growth, not perfection.
The belief system is simply a state of mind, but is a driving force of our life and decides whether we succeed or not
To counter and reshape your belief system, especially if you have beliefs that are limiting your growth or holding you back,
here’s a step-by-step approach:
2. Challenge the Validity of Each Belief
Question the truth of each limiting belief. Ask yourself:
What evidence supports this belief?
Have there been moments where this belief was not true?
