Crude & Excise are down, why petrol price still high ? Are Indian fuel prices decided by market or by GOVT? Or the Falling Rupee To Be Blamed ? Crude is 14.9% costlier in rupee terms but petrol is 43.8% & diesel is 61.2% high.
