AUSTIN MAN caught with the keys to a stolen BMW wrapped around his genitals -- while out on bond, and a week after he broke into the third home of his summer burglary spree.

Giovanni Cruz has racked up 25 Travis County cases since 2022.

He was arrested for burglary three times, and every one of those felonies was downgraded to a misdemeanor.

He got arrested on drug charges repeatedly, and DA Jose Garza's office usually didn't file charges at all. An assault charge was dismissed. So was a felony theft. HEB security tackled him in the parking lot with $95 in stolen groceries, and prosecutors declined that one too.

In May, police found him asleep on a vacant house's porch next to a giant NO TRESPASSING sign, with meth straws at his feet. He bonded out.

While he was still out on bond, he was charged with burglarizing a home on July 8, another on July 13, and another on August 25.

Last month police caught him on the same street going in and out of a stolen BMW. He told officers he didn't have the keys. They were wrapped around his genitals. He was charged with misdemeanor trespass and bonded out again.

25 cases. 12 dismissed or never filed. Zero jury trials. His longest sentence was 60 days.

I took my first oath to the Constitution at 20. Twenty-one years in uniform taught me what that oath costs. I never took it back when I took off the uniform. I just traded a rifle for a law license.

The men who signed the Declaration pledged “our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.” That wasn’t poetry. It was a promise. My oath carries the same promise.

So let me be clear to every bureaucrat, chief, commissioner, and politician who thinks the Bill of Rights is a suggestion: I am not intimidated by you. I’ve stood my ground under fire, and I’ll stand my ground in your courtroom, your council chamber, and your Capitol.

You can threaten. You can arrest. You can hide behind qualified immunity. I’ll still be there, filing the lawsuit, making the argument, and holding you to the oath you swore and forgot.

Tyranny counts on good people getting tired. I don’t get tired.

A look at the financial information of a taxpayer funded charter school in Minnesota called Lionsgate Academy shows it’s getting $33.4 million with ONLY 150 STUDENTS ENROLLED

“Graduation rate, 23%…. $34 million, they can't read or write, and their graduation rate is 23%. Why does this school exist? — What is it serving”

I looked into it and confirmed that of their over $33 million dollars in annual funding, 99% comes from taxpayers

The attorney representing the opposition in my protective order case just admitted that the documents being used against me are FAKE.

And then, at the end of the SAME VIDEO, she continued to cite those very documents as evidence that I incited violence. She even compared me to President Trump on January 6th.

She also claimed that the reason the judge extended the protective order against me was because my attorney, CJ Grisham, stated that the protective order was unlawful.
