@EdmentumNetwork In the past I used post it’s, students wrote their answer on the sticky side, and this stuck to the board so only the blank side was visible. I tried other ways to change things up, but the post it exit slip board is tried and true for me!

Determine where students are can happen in a variety of ways. These include conversations, watching them work, checks for understanding using assessments. All fall under formative assessment.
