With the job shortages for nurses now, I felt sad seeing my fellow student nurse applying for warehouse jobs today. We have given our all to this degree for the past 3 years and now having no jobs to apply for, I question my career choice @NHSuk @Keir_Starmer

Yesterday found out my off duty for the 1st week of my placement and I have been scheduled to do night shift on 31.12! I don’t think it’s fair as students don’t get paid at all and to be booked in to do shift on a NYs night when nurses get paid extra is not fair. Any thoughts?
