@BhamCityCouncil I'm pleased that Colmore Bid are keeping their part of the City tidy. However, what about the rest of the city? Suburban streets are no longer swept. Gutters are full of leaves and litter. As a council you have failed your citizens in this respect #BhamCityCouncil
