Last night's 10pm server snapshot has been restored onto new hardware(London). All looks good. Was in process of deploying to Amsterdam, but don't think that will be needed now.

From what I gather. JA site went down late last night? Have ticket raised with data centre. Virtual console showing "no bootable media". If it is catastrophic disk failure , we have two backups one made 10pm last night that may be good. Or another made 10pm on the 17th.

Looking very much like we need to restore, to a backup, on new metal. Which hopefully works. Suspect it will be late afternoon before the site is back and running.
