OCMS teachers used planning time to observe their colleagues teaching and debriefed the experience. This gave teachers a chance to see instructional practices in action, share their work, solve problems collaboratively, and inspire each other to grow as teachers and learners.

OCMS' Ms. Baldwin and Ms. Gries collaborated to help design lessons for KDE Reading Standards. Ms. Weber, Ms. Batcheldor, Ms. Palmer, and students brought the lessons to life and were filmed for a documentary which will be part of online learning modules for teachers across KY!
