@virginmedia I’ve had intermittent internet for 3 weeks now, was planned to have the fault fixed today but it’s now saying the 8th. Last week was offered £15 off my £75 bill, when I haven’t been able to use my services for almost a month now, how can I be expected to pay my bill?

@virginmedia The word ‘intermittent ‘ seems to be a loophole for you, as internet dropping out every 5 minutes, for 5 minutes, is to me to be considered unusable, partner working from home can’t work from home with intermittent service can she? Now out of pocket for travel, how’s this fair?
