China is investing in twin islands of Sindh by giving loan to Pakistan for development. If Pakistan fails to pay loan back, islands will be leased to China. Chinese will have visa-free entry in islands for their residential & commercial purposes.

Sirlanka's Hanbantota Island developed by China on loan. When Srilanka couldn't pay back, Island was leased to China for decades. Same went with Nigeria. Tajiskistan leased its marble mountains to China similarly.We're aware of consequences here.
