A little bit about my hair extension business…

3 pillars:

💈 STUDIO: Brick & mortar salon that specializes in extensions with retail & space for hosting workshops

🛒 DTC: Online store that retails our clip in extensions, products & accessories

📚 EDUCSTION & WHOLESALE: online & in person workshops for our proprietary extension method + wholesale hair for professional use.

Currently #1 generates 85-90% of our total revenue, but has the highest overheads. My goal over the next 3 years is to flip the ratio so #2 & #3 generate 85-90% of our revenue.

First steps in my plan:
- Launching new courses in 2 weeks. Then test & tweak
- Build landing pages for DTC
- Hire manager for salon so I can focus more on DTC & eduction.
