You claim Zuma’s privileges are "guaranteed by the Constitution" ..; yet you clearly haven’t read Section 89. That section ONLY strips benefits upon impeachment. Not because a minister is upset. Not because you’re throwing a tantrum.

You call Zuma a "constitutional delinquent" while proving you’re constitutionally illiterate yourself. You can’t unilaterally punish someone because you don't like their foreign policy moves. That's not "national security" ..; that's vindictive politics.

Stick to reading Mbeki’s scripts, Mbuyiseni. Real constitutional law is clearly above your pay grade. No wonder you're politically irrelevant.
