@jef_gla @EvolveVR No, I called evolve and actually pressed the option for booking a rental and was able to talk to and agent who sorted it out for me very quickly.

Wow, @EvolveVR what amazing customer service!! I was supposed to be going on vacation for spring break but due to COVID-19 had to cancel our trip and @EvolveVR made doing the right thing easy!!!! 5 star service and will absolutely book with them for our next trip!!!!!!

@RBC @M_Sgambo I have tried for days to get through to RBC rewards to cancel our flight and have had no luck. It’s now hours before my fligh and I have no idea what to do, how do you cancel if you can’t get through?!?
