@realDonaldTrump@elonmusk Who is that scruffy Herbert stood next to you Don?
I hope he hasn’t got the reins of power if he can’t be bothered to wear a suit.
@LBC The companies are using a clever bit of spin here.
Whilst telling staff they are making redundancies because of the new taxes ( so two must do the work of three), they are also passing on the total cost to the consumer.
Not only are they not losing, they are actually profiting
@robprogressive Looking for a positive from this upsetting tale, I may have a found a ray of hope.
When the parents find their children being transferred into state run schools, perhaps they could use the ‘saved’ fees to buy facilities for that school. Maybe become HSA’s and drive improvements ?
@llamalaa@Patricia344130@nationaltrust Taken a long time to scroll down and find some sense, but it was worth it 👏
NT, BBC, RNLI….. either the rabid right hate acronyms, or they are trying to turn a fast buck by selling off our prized institutions.
@paulbennett2018 Cunning use of numbers ! The double Blufferoo 😉
The 🐒 is on its way and I’ve thrown in a 🐴for your trouble Guv.
I’m on the look out for some magic beans if you have any in stock?
@Simon_Craven@HiddenYorkshire Brilliant piece of investigative work and telling of the story. I’d never heard of the disaster, but then that tends to be the case when there is a situation the military are allowed to mark their own homework on.
The ships were copper bottomed, but the officers were Teflon.
Hi Tories, you do know your manifesto commitment was to ban all smoking by anyone born after 2009 and that Sunak praised this as a world-leading initiative that would ‘save more lives than any other decision we could take’. You know that, yes?
@BladeoftheS An interesting take on bands and performers reigniting their previous work by @RevRichardColes during his recent tour. It’s tax bills . The IR expect a certain level of payment and when the earnings drop from their ‘customers’, they get a bit testy.
@Durotrigesdig@welovehistory Armed with a head torch, a lack of superstition and slightly more youthful bravado 20 years ago, I STILL hesitated before I took that first step from daylight to the underworld. It was certainly a thought provoking descent.
