@danial_im38t06a If we are taking oil we should pay local workers a fair wage so the community around the site gets the most direct investment. Seeing as we are using local labour we should be investing in. That community education etc. And these countries should be chatging an export tariff.

@danial_im38t06a Great question. If we are taking a valuable resource from another country we should pay for it. You wouldn't go into someone's garden and start digging it up looking for gold or whatever without asking. And you would expect to at the very least pay to fix any damage.

@britishstandd I get that people have hard times, I get people lose their job through no fault of there own when companies go bust. I get that people get sick. Those are the reasons for the welfare state.
But for I do think there should be a limit ie 6 months to find a job or leave.
Am I wrong?
