Embrace omnichain tech. A seamless cross-chain, cross-VM messaging layer is necessary to scale crypto to infinity.
$OMNI is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of what's possible
Bro imagine fading the omnichain future bro. Tbh bro I don't think you even get it bro. Bro fuck parallel EVM omnichain is basically the same thing bro. 7 chains bro, 7 is better than parallel bro. Bro please layerzero airdrop coming soon just trust me bro
The $OMNI to $1 thesis . The market is catching on that @OmniCatCoin is more than the first cross-chain cat meme (first of it's kind, and ironically (?) the #GCR prophecy @GCRClassic meme'd about). The jokes are that the cat transcends the chains, but the reality is it is a cross-chain arbitrage asset: it is a means of arbitrage on DEX and CEX, with a supply of ~45.8B, which at $1 put's it just above #ShibaInu all-time high in the 2021 bullrun.
The thought of #SHIB at $40M yet alone $400M or $40B in December 2020 was absurd, and yet it happened in less than 12 months. Memecoins are the gateway drug for new money to come on chain: they are fueled by attention, creativity, community, and most importantly volume. There is an entire industry of "market makers" which will send volume to memecoins, but founders and communities must find ways to "paint the chart" and it means value-extraction to fund this momentum.
Arbitrage does not require paid market making, because savvy arena participants capture the opportunity to profit through their own initiative. $OMNI already has arbitrage today, with no front-end UI or @LayerZero_Labs integration through @StargateFinance. I entered $OMNI around $.0004 trying to catch the first major dip, and having positions in USDC and Omni on any chain allowed for instant price arbitrage by trading on the different chains, all self-custody based.
This is a concept nearly as old as crypto itself. For instance, young 20-something tech savvy UPenn grads who ended up in trading/finance in 2010/2011 were some of the first to take advantage of #Bitcoin trading, by finding their trusted counterparties who went to work in different parts of the world (NY/Chicago/HK/Singapore/Seoul/London etc...) and they were smart enough to know that local markets in the early days for bitcoin could be arbitraged. They were some of the earliest to see that instantly transferable programmable digital money could have a real place in the financial world, and they were correct. The "kimchi premium" existed for years and traders profited heavily. The same arbitrage opportunities exist for Omni purely on-chain, and entirely self-custodied on DEX. This will increase rapidly between DEXs even more-so when CEX listings emerge.
These same people are the ones who built all the "institutional" rails for crypto and web3 as you know it. The nerds always win, because builders in tech are the ones who create things you use daily in your life without a thought to when they were first built.
Omni creates a potentially frictionless on-chain experience entirely through layerzero, which creates profit opportunities for arbitrage entirely on-chain. That is just the trading analysis, with nothing considered about the potential of a cat meme with such natural attention already.
Never underestimate the power of nerds, cats, and the internet. The same people who love cat memes and made #caturday a thing are the same who bought Bitcoin below $45 and created #Ethereum, and the same gamers and traders who bought up the graphics cards to mine #ETH, and the same who funded the Ethereum ICO.
Of all the cat's, $OMNI is something new and different. The only unique thing on-chain that has similar unique potential in my opinion is #smurfcateth @smurfcateth which I am bullish on for entirely different reasons, namely the creative and unique community with the original artist fully engaged. 2024 is the year of the dragon, but on-chain I hope to see it be the year of the cat.
so ur telling me that $OMNI
da cat that travels through chains
- <72hr is the first meme listed on @StargateFinance
- can now be used to farm @LayerZero_Labs airdrop
- and now has 9% of supply locked up
thanks to the chad @delucinator
