Z has been denied therapy for “being too high functioning” & now didn’t even make it off the waitlist to be offered this awful deal. $5000 gives him 4 hours of therapy a week for 5 months... He needs at least 4 hours a day for 2 years!

Consistency is a big problem for ADHDers.

We are people of extremes, either performing at 110% or at 25%. This can make us come off as unreliable to others.. And even ourselves.

It really takes a toll on your self esteem when you feel like you can't even trust your own self.
