"AI is a story we computer scientists made up to help us get funding ... It was a pragmatic theater. But now AI has become a fiction that has overtaken its authors. AI is a fantasy, nothing but a story we tell about our code. It is also a cover for sloppy engineering." J. Lanier
Democracy is something you need to take good care of. Sometimes you get it wrong, then you get it right, then you get it wrong again, but you do not give up on it just because it's hard. You need to make an effort to protect it, sometimes you have to fight for it.

Tips for interviewees:
1. Be honest about the skills you don't have. If I want to talk to you based on your CV, I already know that your exp. doesn't match the job spec. That's OK, I am seeing potential to upskill you if you can convince me the rest of your skills are solid.
