@SkyUK and now 12 weeks down the line after another 1.5 hr call being passed around departments on Monday I was promised another call by yesterday lunchtime that never happened. Still taking the money tho even tho I have no item. Won’t let me cancel credit agreement either

@SkyUK woeful service from you. Sent my Apple Watch back for repair 12 weeks ago. Fobbed off on every call chasing it up. Promised call backs that never happen. Told a new ones coming then nothing. Call again and told they never received it even tho you sent an email receipt
