@Villgecrazylady Monies held under siege or sanction fall under the Treasury Department, specifically the OFAC. Trump can release these funds without congressional approval. However, regarding reparations for wartime damages, he may need Congress to sign off on the final amount.

The entire god concept only exists inside the parameters of religion. Take away the text and temples and what proof do you have? None. You're living out a fantasy written by someone else; a fascinating story but a story nonetheless.
