My delivery date came and went and now they say my order is canceled. Come on,@Sears you have to do better. I am now going on 8 months without a working refrigerator. Why can't you just give me my money back? My local shop has one I love and can get it delivered tomorrow.
@jaciep@Sears Unfortunately not. Another month gone by, still no reimbursement check for the fridge or the damaged food. Anyone reading this, stay away from Sears and their extended warranty ๐
@BoyRotty@Sears Such bullshit. Do you see a pattern here @sears? Thousands of loyal customers who paid their hard-earned cash trusting your warranty would be worth it. It isn't. We can't all be wrong, the issue is on YOUR end
