Poor customer service from @GodrejAppliance. Been calling for a demo & install of smart lock for a week—this is the 5th time. Call center staff can only “register a request,” no technician yet. Extremely unprofessional.

The answer is simple:

He has many dark secrets.
His Big business is not just a business. It is a political organization.

A fair and independent investigation will automatically bring the government down. Since many including the media are stakeholders in this fraud enterprise, everyone is in a hurry to bury the facts. Even the courts in India have looked the other way. The truth is we are a morally compromised country. Our values are negotiable and always ready for auction to the highest bidder.

When entire systems of governance are rigged, it is an uphill battle. And yet it must be fought.
