Dagen, there's a lot of other factors in each state concerning Medicaid. In Maryland the GBMC got to the point where they were calling a cab to send my wife (multiple sclerosis for 37 years Married 44 years) under her sisters supervision to clapboard drug rehab centers which they said were long term care facilities. Debbie walked in and she was the only white female there. She would have been raped that night in this Baltimore City Ghetto Dungeon. Had Debbie not screamed until they let her out and the cab came back, This would have happened without my knowledge. I told GBMC that they were not going to do this and they were not going to send her to a facility that they owned a piece of. That practice has been documented across the USA. GBMC sued for Guardianship of the person. I brought in a team of 3 lawyers the cost was 1/10 the cost to GBMC. This is a lot of money out of the $165,000. I had saved. The cost to GBMC hit $250,000 care covered by Debbie's medicare and AARP supplemental. It caused them to settle with prejudice. Then St Josephs Hospital same setup although they went off record and told my litigation Attorney that if I did not settle the County Dept of Aging would come down on me, the IRS would come in and give me a Financial Colonoscopy. After that they had a protective order against me so that I was barred all access to my wife. . I was interrogated in my house by 2 detectives and followed by a police car until I spotted him and stopped the car to stare at him. During all of this my Trust Attorney was puttung together an application for medicaid for my wife and a Trust in the house in me. It's a brick row house 40 years old. I paid the mortgage off and own it. Finally Medicaid was approved, my wife is in a nice safe rural long term care living facility. My trust in the house was recognized. In the end I spent $102,000. I had in realized long term capital gains. This was to protect my wife and the one asset that mattered. I was 68 when this began in 2024 I am 70 years old now. I still keep the trust attorney on retainer out of caution. The portfolio which had been built collaborating with Super Intellegence was gutted from 18 positions all green to 4. I like you Dagen. That's why I am taking time to write this lengthy note to you after hearing about Medicaid fraud from you this morning. It's pervasive and not caused by me struggling to keep a house over my head while also caring for my wife. I have kept my vow to God. Pete
