i see two problems here:

- instant culture (everything needs to build and insane instantly)
- price = product good or not (everything is reduced to price action, price up => gud product, price down => bad product)

we have pushed the two to the extreme in crypto

teams that actually need time to build something cool cant survive because the culture doesnt reward patience (at all)

so instead of sustainable ecos, we end up with short term things over and over again

I know I haven't been very chatty these past few weeks, but as you're getting to know me, you know I prefer action over words 📈

The last few weeks broke the momentum we built up in August with @Ultra_TimesEN, as we had to make some tough choices to deal with the recent crisis at Ultra.

But as you may know, crises often bring the best opportunities.

All the executives and board members at Ultra I've spoken with have suddenly realized just how much of an exceptional and valuable asset the Ultra community truly is 💥

It's been a real wake-up call, and that final snag—the one that’s been tripping us up on the road to success for years—has just been cleared away 💯

Think about it:
Years of accumulated delays on the roadmap, a dead #Web3Gaming market, very complicated communications, and yet, against all odds, we have a community that not only still believes but continues to HODL and BUIDL, filled with entrepreneurs and talented individuals who see far beyond the $UOS token price—some aren't even exposed to it—convinced that the Ultra vision extends far beyond the token and represents an opportunity for the entire gaming industry.

Today will mark a turning point for Ultra.
Not because of Gus's yesterday intervention (though it's no coincidence), but because of the agreement being finalized today between Ultra, Black Ice Studio, and the community (via @Ultra_TimesEN).

Very few of you know what's happening behind the scenes at Ultra Times and just how solid the project is:
🔸Over 20 highly motivated people, most of whom are getting ready to switch to full-time.

Our mission is to attract and generate maximum on-chain activity. And it's EVEN more than that, as you'll find out in the Whitepaper.

In short, Ultra is going to harness this community powerhouse as its Web3 strength, creating the renewal and operational force we've been needing 🔥

All of this makes me extremely bullish on the @UltraEco_ ecosystem, but in the short term, especially on @play_EMPIRES & @playCITADELS.

For the past two months, we've focused the vast majority of our resources on making this game duo, and the $ASH TGE 🚀, a resounding success that MUST be the spark that ignites EVERYTHING ✅

The kick-off for this new era was announced by Ultra yesterday, and the sprint begins right now to deliver as soon as possible:
