Fourth Amendment protects Americans against "unreasonable searches and seizures" from the State.
Surely, "reasonable" would require at least the suspicion of a crime. The bar ought to be higher than that, but one cannot argue with a straight face that it ought to be lower.
Thus, suspicion of crime is prereq to any "reasonable search"
KYC and financial surveillance generally are imposed on the citizenry without any suspicion of crime.
Easily unconstitutional, and thus illegal, and those committing such crime in violation of the Constitution ought to be tried for it.
@BernieSanders Whether we like it or not, we’re already past the tipping point, and we should accept the reality of the situation.
Open models improving and becoming more accessible is preferable to humanity being “left in the hands of a handful of Big Tech oligarchs” as you put it.
@Novanoodle5165@CashApp You're not alone. @CashSupport lied to me multiple times, saying that I violated a term of service but refused to tell me which one. Dump @CashApp

@CashApp support is HORRIBLE.
They disabled mobile check deposit and refuse to tell me why.
First they said it was a security concern, but couldn’t elaborate. Now they’re saying it’s a terms of service violation, but won’t tell me which term I violated.
@CashSupport wtf?
13 years of school.
Not one hour on:
What money is. Who creates it. Why it shrinks. Who profits when it does.
You learned the mitochondria. You learned trigonometry.
You never learned the one system that would rule every day of your adult life.
Ask yourself if that's an accident.
Rising bond yields are the market's way of telling the U.S. government it has a debt problem that needs to be solved before a crisis hits. Just as pain lets you know there is a medical problem that needs attention, if you simply numb the pain so you don't have to feel it, the underlying condition gets worse. If it gets bad enough, it can be fatal. Numbing the pain is precisely what the Trump administration is trying to do now with Operation Twist. As a result, the eventual sovereign debt crisis may be fatal for the dollar and the U.S. economy.
For the the first time in what feels like forever, Bitcoin has now put in multiple daily closes above all major exponential moving averages (20, 50, 200) on 4 major asset pairs: BTC/USD, BTC/GOLD, BTC/SPY, BTC/QQQ.
