@amcobarnsley @glow_wormclub I have had an absolutely awful time with glow worm, had a brand new boiler fitted, it’s leaked, flooded bedroom and hallway, been without heating or water for 3 days now and they can’t sort it for another 2 days, it’s winter, the house is freezing, we can’t have a shower.
