Went to Genk, in his first season they're seconds from the title before Toby Alderweireld goes and wins the double for Antwerp. A year later, relationship with the board isn't great, goes to Gent, good start but gone in six months. Called in by his home town club Sint-Truiden last season to keep them up via the relegation play-offs. Does that. This season, they end up in their first title race since 1966 and they qualify for Europe PROPER for the first time. Is he good? He's very very good. Actually with the right club, he's a miracle worker...
