@WWFC_ST21 Just got to take him off at half time for his own good, it absolutely killed us, never recovered. When he got skinned by Millar early doors, I knew we were in for a horror show
@DaveRowley7@Wolves Yeah, hard to disagree. He has the lot - power, pace, skill and his finishing has gone to another level, as he couldn't hit a barn door in his first half a season
Raul comes close though, he was the complete striker for a couple of seasons
@ShaunlfcT 17th place has caused a meltdown of this magnitude
Shaun doesn't know where the next win is coming from and might not last the night

Can’t even bring myself to celebrate that win. That second half performance feels like we dropped points.
Absolutely zero chance we get wins from Villa, City & Newcastle now. Depressing.
@molineuxmusings I think he's just more suited to a counter attacking team, we were the perfect style for him. When we did break there was so much space for him, now he just looks lost
@BulletRobinson@TalkingWolves @LiamKeen_Star He was literally on the bench in the last league game, which was 48 hrs before the window closed, so he was in his plans until Djiga signed. Strung him along until they got his replacement, when they could have jus terminated his contract at any point between Jan 1st and Feb 2nd
@jay_wwfc07@callum_wwfc1 He's going to still be paid until the end of June though, so Wolves gain nothing from it. Could have just registered him for emergency back up & announced in a few weeks that we won't be renewing his contract. Looks like we wanted to be ruthless for absolutely no reason at all
@nickfordwolves@pedalsingh Yeah pretty clear that Dawson is past it, would have left anyway in the summer & already knew he wasn't in the manager's plans going forward as he only started one game. Wolves just being ruthless for the sake of it & have gained absolutely nothing from it
@GreatrexTom@PatrickCodring2@wolvesfancast But his contract is up at the end of the season and he's started one game under VP, so I'm pretty sure he already knew his time is up in a few months anyway. I'm not sure what Wolves gain from not registering him
@lincswolf@PatrickCodring2@wolvesfancast I think there's a better way to do it. Could have either terminated his contract before the window closed, or at least registered him. This is a club who've played midfielders & full backs in centre defence this season, so why not have emergency back up?
@BulletRobinson@TalkingWolves @LiamKeen_Star Stringing him along sounds like exactly what they've done tbf, he was obviously still needed in the last league game as he was on the bench. To not even register him when we've still got 3 spaces available is a pretty poor way to treat a player who did well for us
@BulletRobinson@TalkingWolves @LiamKeen_Star Because they could have terminated his contract at any point during the January window. Now he can't play for anyone until next season. But of course we needed him until we got Djiga
@TalkingWolves@premierleague After playing full backs and centre mids in central defence this season, you'd think they'd at least have Dawson as back up for another injury crisis
@daveazzopardi The vast majority of women goalkeepers are terrible, it's a big reason why it's totally unwatchable. Get a shot on target and you probably score. Get one around 6ft and it's guaranteed to hit the back of the net
