@Adapaa A3: A possible red light is using the chain rule or quotient rule when deriving expressions. I still sometimes wonder why it’s true. A yellow light might be the transition from limits to the short cut derivative rule. #ed370
@BillingsKaty@Adapaa I feel as though teachers don’t take enough time to allow students to synthesize the lesson or unit. This causes learning to feel rushed an unconnected.
@Adapaa A2: Claim-Support-Question is applicable to math. Students should make claims about the work they just did, support their claim with words/pictures/symbols, and then be asked questions after by the teacher and peers to further their mathematical understanding.
