@IPlayPS5 No delivery times, just “Your order’s being processed. We’ll let you know when your device is on its way.” Then states to check my emails and text for updates once it’s been dispatched.
@IPlayPS5 Yeah I did mine online. £10 went from account straight away. I called them to ask for delivery times but they are just quoting the “up to 14 days”. I’ll keep an eye on my emails!
@IPlayPS5 What time did you place your initial order? I did mine at 8:08am but have only received the initial order confirmation email at time of order. Nothing else yet?
@virginmedia I spoke with them this morning - they said it’s an issued being worked on and should be resolved by 9am. Just need to ensure issues pull through correctly to your website - will save you resource and customers getting frustrated 👍🏼
@virginmedia Hi guys, my internet has gone really slow - less than 0.70MB! I’ve restarted router and conducted tests but still the same slow speed. Website says no known issues in my area. Can you confirm this please?
@virginmedia Hello, I’m at work now but the connection was intermittent/very slow, however your website stated no issues. When I rang this morning it said you were away of issues. Need to get the website synced!
