One is the hatred of a group of people because of their religion, another is the hatred of the government of Israel, and Anti semitic refers to a hatred due to a perceived biological difference or race.

This is likely false because the text referred to claims that an Ethiopian was converted but Ethiopian referred to anyone living to the south of Egypt. Meaning Aksum, Nubia, Kush, blemmyes, etc

Especially when those claims are disputed by biblical text itself.

According to Ethiopian tradition the first convert wasn’t until 100 AD, which even that is disputed.
