These cats were rescued on the 5 of September in Guangxi, China.

Rehabilitating these cats is challenging. They are psychologically deeply traumatized, and many also have physical injuries. One premature birth also occurred.

Another horrifying case:
A security guard deliberately approached a Hello Street Cat (#HSC) shelter with the sole purpose of hurting a defenseless cat.

A brave HSC member confronted him.
In the audio (Chinese), the HSC member says:
"I’ve identified him. He’s the entrance security guard. I showed him the video and he confessed. Yet he still argued, claiming he was just 'playing with the cat.' He says the cat ran out by itself when he passed by. Everyone, please remember this person."

👉 This is not an isolated case. It reflects the daily violence animals endure in China due to the lack of animal protection laws.

We demand urgent legal reforms and justice for the victims!

Today is June 21, the day the Yulin Dog Meat Festival starts in China. Thousands of dogs are killed in cruel ways. This is very sad and wrong. This festival should be stopped. Dogs deserve love, not pain.
