@virginmedia What time does the call center close? Well, ongoing problems for the last year of me unable to get ANY internet at all in any room other than the lounge (I live in central London)
@EE Hi there, I cancelled my contract and asked for my phone to be unlocked for my new sim. This was never actioned, so I put in an online request to unlock my phone, which has just been rejected because I no longer have an EE number. HELP! I've been without a phone for days :(
