A judge who called an "asylum seeker" potentially very dangerous after he sexually assaulted a teenager in Weymouth has been told sending him to prison could breach his human rights!

Hassan Abou Hayleh attacked the 19-year-old woman after driving around at 3am looking for vulnerable drunk women to sexually abuse.

He found his victim sat alone on the kerb in Maiden Street in the town centre waiting for her father to arrive to give her a lift home.

Hayleh, 39, molested her in the street and then tried to get her into his car before members of the public intervened.

They argued that: "He has several symptoms of PTSD which would be made worse by a custodial sentence. It would also be made worse without the support of his wife and friends".

Hayleh, who needed an Arabic interpreter in court, was released on conditional bail until his next appearance in April!

Mohamed Iidow jailed today for repeatedly raping 37-year-old mother-of-three Natalie Shotter until she died.

The NHS worker was unconscious on a bench in Southall Park, west London, after a night out, Mohamed raped her so many times, that she had a heart attack.

Iidow was jailed for 10 years and eight months.

To put it into perspective, an Englishman who burnt a wheelie bin was given 14 years just yesterday.
