@ModernWarzone Cheaters, SBMM, pay-to-win mechanics, and forced cross-play with PC players are the main issues holding the game back.
If these problems were addressed
—something that could be done easily if the developers were willing—
the game would truly be great.

🔥 Status Update From the Spacemesh Dev Team 🔥
Our foremost goal has been to facilitate the growth of the network. We have been rigorously concentrating on these specific domains:
🔷 Distributed Verification: This is still in the testing phase, and the `1.4` release branch has it enabled by default. We therefore advise caution when updating. Please refrain from upgrading critical nodes to this version at this stage.
🔷 Sync v2: Currently under development, we expect to ship updates in the next few days that will focus on fixing the most common issues with the current sync process.
🔷 Multiple PoST Services per Node: Work on the feature is ongoing, and we are working on a comprehensive user guide to accompany the release.
🔷 Simplified Quick-Sync: The tool is 99% complete, and we anticipate it will be included in Smapp's upcoming release, along with a standalone version for use with the CLI. Additionally, we plan to release information detailing the limitations of our current implementation.
🔷 Smapp Status Improvements: We are working on making the status more informative and useful.
🔷 Api v2: A while back, we recognized that our existing API doesn't meet the network's requirements,
so we've been developing a new version that will be more effective and offer more comprehensive data. The initial phase of this effort is to roll out the ATXs API. You can find more information about this here: https://t.co/0yA0OV4NOT
Besides all of that, we're actively working on node behavior in current network conditions.
As usual, please refer to performance fine tuning of a node: https://t.co/I0hBKchYDi.
