@wholemars Agreed on everything else. Too early on the economics Omar. There are other things at play. Wear and tear, local, state, federal taxes and insurance that comes into play. Not to mention cleaning fees, etc. all of it has to be factored in to better understand the economics.

@wholemars While I don’t disagree with that statement, their primary goal is privacy. Makes it slightly more challenging to develop. I would not sleep on the Giant Apple just yet. If anyone has the money, time, talent, long term vision, it’s them.
