F1 Driver @jackdoohanok says in between his 10 races this year with the Haas F1 Team he's taking meetings, networking in the paddock, being full online, and building his AI start-up @meuzeai:
"Right now over a weekend it would be pretty hectic, but I'm only doing 10 races currently with Haas as reserve driver, so it's quite limited."
"Throughout meetings and sessions, you know, I'm still fully online the whole time, so I'm always with the laptop even through meetings, replying and getting covered on things."
"Even if I wasn't a reserve driver and I don't continue in the Formula 1 world, I would continue to try to attend seven to 10 Grand Prix just due to the value add that it has."
Reserve F1 driver and founder of Meuze AI @jackdoohan33's workflow is absolutely brutal.
After spending the day at the track gathering data, he flies back to the team's factory and works in the simulator from roughly 6 PM-3 AM, testing setup changes and ideas that engineers couldn't explore at the circuit because of F1's overnight work restrictions.
He then goes straight back to the airport, flies back to the race, and briefs the engineers and race drivers on what he learned.
Because the simulator is based in the UK and the races take place around the world, he's constantly battling jet lag and sleep deprivation, while still providing feedback accurate enough to influence the setup of his team's car.

Super excited to be collaborating with my great friend @jasonoppenheim from the Oppenheim group for the Miami Grand Prix. With a collaborative effort from all, the helmet is looking beautiful. Lets do it 🌴🇺🇸
