@Supersonic_Red Almost the same mix as mine. Brown sugar and smoked sweet Hungarian paprika make a huge difference.

Try to find some black and red Chinese ground pepper (Szechuan peppercorns) for it as well. The flash fits perfectly with that mix.

Even better when you had roommates and the AC was shit, so everyone sat around in shorts with no shirts drinking the coldest beer we had.

@Noahpinion Florida would have 1/4th of it's current population without AC. I lived a large part of my youth without it, so I can handle it. But for most that didn't grow up in it, it would be unbearable.

As an old school gamer and modder, I like the new Steam Machine. Sure it's somewhat pricey for its specs, but it will sell. I'd rather have that in the living room over a high power PC (which I already have)

I've been building and modding PCs since the mid 90s. Picking the right parts, sanding and painting cases, cutting windows for glass or more fans, even replacing panels with carbon fiber ones I made myself. There was no aftermarket for modding back then. Even Alienware cases were beige and boxy then

I even had a decent PC running Windows and Winamp in my truck that had a system in 1999, with a HDD on a custom cradle to reduce any damage.

I remember Alienware coming up to a huge LAN party (Armory Assault 2000) and taking pics of cases we modded, and some of theirs the next year looked close to what we did.

I spent hours upon hours building and modding my PCs, building LAN party specific ones so I would not have to lug around huge cases.

Maybe I'm a fan of Valve, I bought the Orange Box in 2007 and have a few hundred games on it, but they are doing right with this.

I'd rather have a pre built like the Steam Machine any day over something that runs hotter and louder in my living room.

My son and I watched it launch from the top of the Max Brewer Bridge. We got there at dawn, waited all day, but it was worth it.

We watched another Falcon Heavy from the deck of a gambling boat on my son's 18th birthday, also the first one my wife has seen.

I could only imagine watching a launch from your spot. Must be incredible.
