In seek of a response,
We were due to return on a BA flight from Valencia to Heathrow which was cancelled at the last minute (we were at the airport when we were emailed). We ended up being flown home the following evening missing a day of work,
1)
Please raise this to the relevant team with the utmost priority. Not only do I expect a prompt response but also a significant reimbursement for the awful experience we've had as customers.

No correspondence since, despite multiple attempts from us regarding the compensation due to us for a cancelled flight.
Can I stress this was in May. It is now September, well beyond the maximum industry standard response times.
2) having to feed ourselves and paying additional parking fees at the airport.
We went through all the correct channels for the refund/compensation but have received no responses.
