Very disappointed is @BestBuy new rewards program. They auto issued my rewards, they have expired because I was not ready to spend them and NOW have to have Bestbuy Credit Card to use them. 🤦🏻♂️ You lost me @BestBuy not the way to treat long time customers.

@priceline DONT NOT USE They have become unethical in their policies. I purchased insurance 4 a reservation. PL changed my original submission & proceeded booking w/o my knowledge & permission. #baitandswitch Cust serv doesn’t listen, they just read their script #noleadership

@priceline I do not trust Priceline and their systems. It seems they just want their money and don't care about the customer. I'm really disappointed in priceline. I'm a long time customer and have bragged on the deals we have gotten, I guess that doesn't matter. 1 of 2
