@elonmusk I ordered the Model y June 28, placed a down payment, and the app directed me to do the credit checks. A month later they changed the delivery date and I had to run another credit check which the app directed me to do. Now I’ll need to run a third credit check!

@elonmusk They also not only changed the delivery date nearly every week for 2 months straight but proceed to offer alternative vehicles that are far more expensive premium options than the all wheel drive that I ordered. Why is it that you cannot deliver the car I ordered?

@elonmusk Is this why they’ve changed my delivery date nearly every week from the beginning of August to the end of August, then to September, and October, to now November. I placed the order the last week of June. I’ve called customer service 3 times. No explanation whatsoever.
