A lovely gesture from Nelson Asofa-Solomona and George Burgess for former Rugby League star Jai Arrow who was recently diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease at the age of just 30 👏🏼

'There's a real community of sports people that have come forward to try and fight and stand alongside the MND community'

@DrewDarbyshire Walter’s straight in at prop alongside Thommo. Junior & Faz 2nd row. Go Ellis, Mago, Kerr & McDermott bench. Potentially switch a bench spot for Forber. I’d like to see Brad have a crack at loose. Start forber. Bring Partington on move Brad back to hooker if forber needs a rest
@ballsdotie “Horror tackle” come off it. Grazes his leg at best then Doku just gives it the soft arse theatrics. If that’s a red then might as well pack it in all together
Beaten by Spurs, 16th in the table and Liverpool are Champions.
Man Utd fans, RT this post for a chance to escape any mention of football this weekend. Prize includes:

@WiganFans_RL Can see Brad ending up at 13 further down the line once Ellis has finished. Just for his size he’d be excellent at loose. Forber our hooker long term
🙌 | Kevin Sinfield is the pride of Rugby League.
In 2024 alone he has raised over £1 million for Motor Neurone Disease charities and, in total, has raised a whopping £11 million with his incredible fundraising work over the years.
Despite a serious muscle injury, he completed a 230-mile run this December, finishing seven ultra marathons in seven days.
His dedication to raising awareness for MND is remarkable. You'll always be Sir Kevin Sinfield to us.
Someone please tell me how this glorious man, Kevin Sinfield, who has raised millions for charity & is currently running 7 marathons in 7 days to raise £ for motor neurone disease in memory of his beloved friend Rob Burrow & he only gets a CBE? Yet a scum bag like Sadiq Khan gets awarded a Knighthood - there is no honour or justice in this world
“If someone needs need you pick the phone up, take them for a cup of coffee, take them for a beer, whatever you need to do. Just try and be a bit kinder because what you get back from it will blow you away.”

Congratulations, George! 👏

Today would have been Rob Burrow's 42nd birthday. It will be a tough day for many but in the spirit of Rob, do something positive today in his memory, phone a mate or just whatsapp them a funny memory to make you both smile, he continues to inspire us all every day
