He didn't say a word. He just grabbed my hand and squeezed it, his eyes welling up. Sometimes, the best profit you can make on a sale is protecting a father's dignity.

#LamuPort received its second car vessel, which was transporting 3800 cars from Yokohama, Japan, originally destined for Port Jebel Ali, Dubai, following the ongoing conflict. The vessel, Grande Florida, belongs to Grimaldi Shipping Line. It has a capacity of 9,000.

This brings the number of vehicles received at the port to over 4,200. The vehicles will be stored in the Port's warehouses.

Lamu Port is expecting more vessels to divert, as several shipping agents have already inquired about docking space. Overall Port activity is expected to progress upwards as the year goes by.

With the admission by DCP and Gachagua that Koimburi kidnapped himself, we expect Ministry of Health together with KMPDU and the board to act on Karen Hospital over this matter.

Hospitals must not enable criminals to play with issues that can destabilise the country.

We want to see swift action of DCP and Karen Hospital over this matter. We must never allow such matters to go unpunished.
