Samaritan's Purse disaster response specialists are currently on the way to areas hardest hit by Hurricane Helene. Two Disaster Relief Units and other support equipment departed today, making their way to Perry, Florida and Valdosta, Georgia.

Additionally, our staff are continuing to monitor other hard-hit areas across the Southeast and continue assessing communities where the damage has been overwhelming for local families.

Please continue to pray for the many who are suffering right now and for the Samaritan's Purse teams that have already begun to respond in the wake of this tragic storm.
