@HisenseUK bought a product from you three weeks ago. Has never worked since fitted. Engineer appointments scheduled 3 times. Still waiting! Emailed complaint - no response. It’s an expensive kitchen ornament.

@HisenseUK So - new dishwasher - never been used, has been an “ornament” for nearly a month, no reply to email complaints, took three rescheduled appointments and us to re arrange work and life commitments. Massive inconvenience. Massive let down from @HisenseUK

@HisenseUK I’ve asked for compensation to be considered and not had a response to that either. At a time when we need the dishwasher to work (if you read my emails you’ll understand the reasons why) added to our stress at an already stressful time.
