I probably shouldn’t give this one away, but fuck it
Here’s how you can easily boost your Trustpilot rating with one simple email
Whether you run an ecom brand or a dropshipping store, your Trustpilot rating matters a lot as you scale
Last month, we had 4000 searches on Google for our Trustpilot reviews
If it was rated 1 star, we could’ve lost 4,000 potential customers.
You’ve probably seen other brands with insane reviews and wondered “How is there barely any bad reviews?”
Here’s how:
Set up an email flow in Klaviyo to send 1-2 weeks after purchase (depends on your average shipping time)
Keep the email short and ask the customer about their experience
Add an image with 4 smiley faces:
• Very unhappy 😡
• Unhappy 😕
• Happy 🙂
• Very happy 😁
Link each face:
- Unhappy faces → Your website review page (manual publish)
- Happy faces → Your Trustpilot page
This way:
You can deal with negative feedback privately and positive reviews go straight to Trustpilot, boosting your rating

AI just lowered the barrier to entry for ecom even more
its incredible to me within the space of 1 year ai has made every single part of ecom 10x easier
literally all you need is claude, nano banana & kling to get to multi 6 figures a month
especially with CPG brands
Not that it wasn't already but product is becoming more important than ever
People who were already good operators will become even better through utilising these tools to become more efficient when launching new brands/products
The floor has been raised to a point that anyone can start in ecom and hit 100k months in no time with no real effort
The real winners will find their edge through unit economics & LTV beyond just pre selected sub box
In most cases I feel that people just looking for confirmation bias on meta issues as a reason for bad performance
At the end of the day it’s about what you can control like you said so why the fuck stress out about whether or not meta has an issue or actually focus on what you can control and how you can turn things in your favour
Refreshing to see something like this on timeline
Flying business never loses its novelty
one of my favourite parts about Ecom
Freedom to travel and actually enjoying the journey (usually hate flying)
q4 points coming in clutch
