Absolutely appalling service from @SW_Help Basingstoke - London 5 carriages! On a day with Tennis at Wimbledon and Hampton Court Flower Show. No seating, no air conditioning, no windows to open. Bad service continues on our journey to Hampton Court. Pity anyone with disabilities.

@HMRCcustomers Is there a problem with the Government Gateway login? I have tried to log in to 2 different accounts, when I ask for the access code via sms, to same number, I'm not receiving the text. I log in frequently, not had a problem before.

@theJeremyVine 1/2 This is not a proper lockdown. As a decorator, myself and my colleague can go into as many customer's houses as we want, there can be electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc, working in these same homes, we can then all go to our respective homes spreading this
