Swedish study DID NOT show all centenarians had high LDL. What actually happened is called survivor bias + reverse causation: sick elderly people have low cholesterol, and those vulnerable to high LDL died earlier.

This is an “upward mobility” state specific program that allows preauthed section 8 recipients to apply a portion of their voucher benefit to mortgage. To my knowledge its percentage capped COVID relief for 1st home

They basically authorize a blank check to the recipient up to a cap. The landlord can often rent their house for far more than they’d get elsewhere, provided it’s within cap

Note that this is only for transitioners- ie people on section 8 who “level up.” To my knowledge you’d still need a down payment and would need to pay bulk of mortgage , and also only exists in certain states as a “COVID relief” program. Not the sideburn method.

This isn’t technically “Section 8.” If someone asked me if there is *any way* to get gov to pay mortgage, I’d point them to HAF and *technically* there is a way to use section 8 but only as a first time buyer in limited ways. Not the sideburn method.

@elonmusk I would 100% NOT recommend to a friend that they get an uber (I had to pay for myself) just to drive to Long Beach to get a Tesla they leased for 3yrs. I wouldn’t recommend they go alone, as the instructions weren’t intuitive. But I wouldn’t recommend a Tesla. But self driving…
